In order to better assist you with all your purchasing needs, we’ve compiled a list of terminology and explanations on various sections of the Game and Save website.
Website Navigation
On the left hand of the site, under “Game Platforms”, is a list of the various video game platforms that we have to offer. By clicking on a name of a platform, such as Playstation 3, you will be taken to the Playstation 3 section of the store. The center of the website now displays the Playstation 3 Platform section and everything that we have to offer for that particular platform. You will also notice that under the Playstation 3 section of the “Game Platforms” list, there are now 4 subcategories: Accessories, Consoles, Controllers and Games. In each of these sections, you will find:
Accessories – Items such as memory cards, cables, expansion packs, batteries, chargers, internet adapters and more.
Consoles – All available systems, both new and used, for that platform. Each system comes complete with necessary cables (usually Audio/Video and Power Cords), as well as a controller.
Controllers – The various controllers for each console, including standard and turbo controllers, wired/wireless, and additional controllers such as guns, guitars, drums, microphones and any other hand-used controller.
Games – All available video games for sale under that current platform, both new and used. All new games are brand new, factory sealed. All used games have been thoroughly cleaned and tested, to ensure that they arrive in working condition. Depending on which platform you are purchasing a used game for, it may or may not include the original case/manual (see below for details).
**Note: Game and Save is constantly adding both new and used video games, systems, controllers and accessories to our store. If there is something in particular that you are looking for in our store, and are unable to locate it, please email buy@gameandsave.com. Arrangements can be made to acquire whatever it is you are looking for.**

Terminology: New and Used Games, Consoles & More
This section contains a list of the various terminology and their meanings that are used on the Game and Save website.
Brand New – Means that the item you are buying, whether it is a game, accessory, console or controller, is factory sealed and has never been opened. For games this means that the shrink wrap is 100% in tact, and for boxed items this means that the package has never been opened or tampered with.
Used – The item that you are buying has been used by a previous owner in the past. All used items sold by Game and Save are thoroughly cleaned and tested, and are guaranteed to operate without error.
Depending on what platform you are buying a used game for, it may or may not include the original case/manual as well as additional items (artbook, maps, etc) with it. Below is a breakdown of each platform’s used game and what it includes.
Dreamcast - Case and Instruction Manual Included
Game Boy Advance (GBA) - Cartridge Only
Game Boy Color (GBC) - Cartridge Only
Game Gear - Cartridge Only
Gamecube (GC) - Case and Instruction Manual Included
Nintendo (NES) - Cartridge Only
Nintendo 64 (N64) - Cartridge Only
Nintendo DS (DS) - Case and Instruction Manual Included
Nintendo Wii (Wii) - Case and Instruction Manual Included
Playstation 1 (PS1) - Case and Instruction Manual Included
Playstation 2 (PS2) - Case and Instruction Manual Included
Playstation 3 (PS3) - Case and Instruction Manual Included
Saturn - Case and Instruction Manual Included
Sega Genesis - Cartridge Only
Sony PSP (PSP) - Case and Instruction Manual Included
Super Nintendo (SNES) - Cartridge Only

**Note: All cartridges are clean, and without blemish. Meaning, they don’t have stickers on them, or marker writings all over – things of that nature. Game and Save cleans/repairs discs, so that the used game disc you are purchasing has little to no scratch/scuff marks on them. All discs/cartridges have been played and tested, and work without error.**
Terminology: Video Game Availability
Let’s face it – some of the newer games that come out generate much more hype than others. Because of this, video games have a tendency of selling out for a short amount of time, until the stock is replenished. Rest assured, if for some reason a game you want isn’t in stock, it won’t stay that way for long. Game and Save is dedicated to doing everything we can to get the games you want in your hands.
Pre-Order (Reserve) – Means that the video game item you are looking at (game, console, controller or accessory) has not currently been released yet, and is due for distribution to the public on the date listed. In order to ensure that you get a copy of the game you are looking for, Game and Save strongly suggests that you Pre-Order that game in advance, so that you are guaranteed a copy.
Out of Stock (Sold Out) – The game, or whatever other video game item you are looking at, is currently not in stock. You can email buy@gameandsave.com to request an email to be sent that will notify you when the particular item is once again available for purchase.
Available – Any game, console, controller or accessory that isn’t marked as being “Out of Stock” or “Pre-Order” is in stock and can be purchased at any time. The quantity of a particular game, console, controller or accessory that you wish to purchase may be limited depending on Game and Save’s in store availability.
